Tradional cuisines of Gilgit-Baltistan is a diverse and unique phenomenon itself in its nature. These cuisines have a vast variety and distinct in its taste. Khamuloot is a thick bread or type of a pie mixed with onion, meat and other ingredients and traditionally prepared while exposing it to wood-fire ash. Nowadays, this is prepared in ovens. So be adventurous and try a dish as beautiful as Hunza Valley
