Ingredients: 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder 1/4 teaspoon baking soda 1/4 teaspoon salt 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened 1 cup granulated sugar 2 large eggs 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 1/2 cup milk 1/2 cup chopped walnuts 1/4 cup raisins Powdered sugar, for dusting Instructions: Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C) and grease a 9-inch cake pan. In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. In a separate large bowl, beat the butter and sugar until light and fluffy, about 2-3 minutes.
