Steamed chicken in sparkling vegetable sauce

nando's chicken steamer Clean the vegetables for the sauce and cut into very small cubes, I used a Nicer Dicer.
Heat the oil in a pan and fry the carrots, celery, peppers and onions. Add the remaining ingredients and cover, simmer over low heat for 6-7 minutes.
Put the meat and marinade in a casserole dish and cover with aluminum foil or baking paper in the oven for 12-15 minutes. Steaming, then rest for 10 minutes. If you have a steamer, you can steam the meat very well.
Remove the skin from the chicken and cut the meat into 8 mm thick slices. Arrange the chicken without marinade on a plate and add the sauce. However, I made a good three times the amount of vegetables.

- 4 Chicken breasts, if possible with skin
- 4 Spring onion (s), cut into 5 cm pieces
- 100 ml Sake, Japanese rice wine
- ½ TL salt
- Salt, to serve
For the sauce steam chicken in microwave:
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 small Carrot (s), finely diced
- 15 cm Celery, finely diced
- ½ Pepper (s), red, gutted and finely diced
- ½ Onion (s), finely diced
- 4 tsp Vinegar, Kurosu, Japanese dark rice vinegar, alternatively balsamic
- 4 tsp honey
- 2 tbsp Soy sauce, japanese (shoyu)
