Arabic style basmati rice



preparation of Arabic Rice

step 1

Roast the vermicelli with a little oil until golden brown. Add the rice and stir-fry until the rice has turned white. Add water and stock cubes and bring to the boil. Simmer with the lid closed for about 2 minutes. Stir once briefly (replace the lid).

step 2

Turn off the stove and let the rice steep for 15-20 minutes. The water is then absorbed and the rice is cooked.

Ingredient for four people

General:

  • 1 bag Basmati rice
  • 5 tbsp soup noodles
  • 2 bags water
  • 1 tablespoon of oil
  • 1 pc.Stock cubes
